In the asparagus triangle of Terlan, Vilpian and Siebeneich, the royal vegetable, the Terlan Margarete asparagus, is once again the focus of the culinary offer from March 26 to May 26, 2024.
During this season, the six Terlan asparagus hosts enchant with refined and innovative asparagus creations, without forgetting the authenticity of the Terlan Margarete asparagus. Early in the morning the white asparagus is harvested by hand in the fields and served already at noon by the Terlan asparagus hosts. This regional cycle guarantees freshness and unique taste.
The asparagus dishes are accompanied by the fresh "asparagus wine" of the Terlan Winery, the pleasent Sauvignon of the Terlan Winery, which is bottled especially for these culinary weeks and harmonizes particularly well with asparagus dishes.
